Know what you want to achieve today

          How do you avoid getting lost in your thoughts?

                         One way is to have time in mind.

   Know what you want to accomplish in the day, and divide your hours in the optimal way.

   This will reduce the wandering mind because you'll always have a target to go back to.

Even a king can’t get into his castle if there’s garbage blocking the door.

When you have ego and are totally immersed in yourself, you can’t get into your castle. You’re left out in the cold where the worries and the hatred and the selfishness chase you without mercy.

Give props to what’s right in life, in you, in people. It’s a good day to acknowledge that you do have a castle inside, and to see that your ego is your garbage blocking your soul.

It’s a good day, period.
