In Gratitude - my extremely exciting life

I’d write about my extremely exciting life…. 

But honestly … there are times when I like to be quiet, reclusive and dig into self-study to reclaim my own personal power again. Often when I over-exert myself in life, I find myself in hermit mode. I find nothing wrong with this .. and I know that others probably do the same. This time I learned so much overwhelming info; I overloaded the mother-load.

It’s the start of week three of eating only 21-layer salad and working out with a trainer… I feel great and strong, but I also feel weak and exhausted and gassy (yes gassy). Contradictions, I know. I am full of contradictions, because I can be everything! And I can switch like a light switch into a new mode … all it takes is one person or thing to switch me positive. Like my trainer helps me do this … ok I will work out today … again …. Hmmm, Will I stick with my word? I really feel like going back into my hermit cave … but what will that do? I know I will feel better with an exhausting workout. Why? Because. It just works like that.

But will I? If I don’t it’s a broken promise to myself. Except that I worked out this morning. Either way, at least I’m moving my body, looking and feeling better every time. 

It’s about practicing your own flow until you are able to flow naturally in the collective Source flow.

There are days when I don’t know what to do.

There are days when I know what to do.

There are days when I follow my heart.

There are days when I lead with my mind.

But what I’ve found is that all the answers I seek

I seek within.

I connect with the source and I am at peace.

We all are free to live

Without our present societal curse.

Shed our fear,

Practice letting go, putting light first,

Stop the Fight, Let Go, and Go with the Flow.

Are you Here Right Now? 

YeaH YOU ... I'm talking to YOU.

Wipe that look off your face ... why would you be surprised ?

Remember to be here Right Now because there is no other time.

If you live Right Now you'll let the past go and the future is yours to Create.

So Feel that Freedom And BE Because It is the way that WE were all meant to BE.

We are nothing but a drop of water in time falling back into the pool... 

remember to just live and breathe.

Life is what you make of it ... It is your effort, dreams, art, passion, love, compassion.

It is your strife, hard times, it's how you flip it and not get bogged down with 

"things that have happened to you" 

because when you live in the moment, and you are in control of your thoughts more than before, 

you can

achieve great heights. 

It's US who gets in the way of our own growth.

When something is stuck on you .... try this ~

LET GO 

When you visualize and LET GO of what is holding you

You can flow that much easier ...

Take it as it comes ... easy does it ... enjoy the ride ...

As I have said for many years ..... GO with the flow ...
