Because negative actions create negative effects that conceal the Light.

Every time we consciously or unconsciously display selfishness, intolerance, anger, fear, or any other reactive trait, we are covering up the Light.

In other words, be nice everyday.

Simple gestures of restriction and kindness make all the difference.

Spirituality and religion (although some religions institutions have been molded over time to fit another agenda of dark) are meant to bring harmony, to arouse love and peace. This is an intrinsic effect of genuine wisdom.

Notice if the beliefs and practices you espouse are building bridges between you and others. Because conflict, intolerance and hatred cannot, by definition, exist in the presence of Light and true spirituality.

Ego Inspired vs Light InSpired

Every day the ego is selling us something new. One day, all your problems are everyone else's fault. The next day you beat yourself up because you're a loser. The ego keeps morphing. It's a multiple personality, with many changes of clothing, many faces, and even many different names.

Know that your first reaction is usually ego-inspired.
The secondary reaction is usually light-inspired.

Give yourself a breather in those 5-10 seconds after your initial reaction to figure out what the softer, lighter voice is telling you.

Answering these questions can clarify your confusions.

It’s the nature of evil to obscure itself because if we could see it, then we’d know it and get rid of it. That’s why we have so many grey areas in our lives that are difficult to differentiate.

But when you get down to it, life is simple. It’s black and white, good and evil, light and dark.

Be real simple. Are you thinking of others or only yourself? Are you ruled by doubt or certainty? Does judgment run your show or is there some mercy sprinkled in there?

Answering these questions can clarify your confusions.

Like a light bulb that shines only when a filament acts as a conduit between positive and negative poles, restriction (i.e., looking within instead of blaming others) is a process for creating a circuit of energy allowing spiritual Light to shine in your life.

You can create a lot of openings by looking within, not without, when you get triggered.

Certainty is knowing that this system works, and because it works, I’m in the right place right now, regardless of how it looks. And because I’m in the right place at the right time, every time, I need to be good with where I’m at. No matter what.

Inject greater certainty that you’re on the right path, that you’re connected to the light, and that you’re in the right place, at the right time, every time.
