The Flower Shop Girl

Once a time in a land there lived a Flower Shop Girl. Everyday she would wake up with the sun, grab her shears and cut some flowers to offer for her daily bread.

Every morning before work, she was grumpy, staring at her meager closet. Alas, she had nothing to wear. "I would like to find something I can wear all the time."She pondered.

Usually, mornings were busy, but today, not one person came for her flowers. It was already mid-afternoon and Elana still had full bunches. She was about to pack up and call it a day, when she heard a horse galloping down the path. Lo and behold, he brought that horse to a stop and Elana was a bit twitterpated by the sudden excitement!

"Aloha!" Elana managed to choke out with a smile. "May I offer you some flowers?"
"Why, yes, that would be kind of you." The good gentleman replied, wearing overalls and a cowboy hat. "How may I repay the kindess?"
"What are you able to offer?" Elana asked, looking down at her tattered clothes, embarrassed by her appearance.
"Forgive me, for I have not introduced myself properly, I'm Justin Drew, the Caviar of Body Art. I hand design Spiritual Suits for women to wear all the time. You can swim, work, and sleep in my suits. I would be honored to design one on you in exchange for these flowers. I am at your service, humble goddess."
"My, my... that would be a dream come true!" Elana smiled brightly. "My name is Elana Greene.  I am a World Citizen Flower Shop girl."
"How intriguing. I must be a World Citizen to see you then." Justin said, winking.
"Precisely."Elana stated.
After drawing for hours, her outfit was finally finished. She had never received such a precious gift before and was forever grateful. Justin and Elana even went to the Surfboard Disco later that day and celebrated by dancing!

From then on, Elana wakes up happy every morning, because she feels beautiful inside and out when she is reminded of the circuitry of life, the source, the inner peace and beauty light.

She chose Justin Drew to design a one of a kind spiritual suit of love and peace that was custom-fit to her body and showed the circuitry of life.

Giddy Up and Get Down - Elana loves her spiritual suit and it makes her want to move it ... so they dance and have fun at the Surfboard Disco !

Elana runs a flower shop and offers Justin flowers in payment which Justin accepts in Gratitude.

Elana wears her spiritual suit everyday. It teaches her, and others, how to connect to the Source.

Light permeates all reality.

Light permeates all reality.

So, why is there such misery in the world?

Because negative actions create negative effects that conceal the Light.

Every time we consciously or unconsciously display selfishness, intolerance, anger, fear, or any other reactive trait, we are covering up the Light.

In other words, be nice everyday.

Simple gestures of restriction and kindness make all the difference.

intrinsic effect of genuine wisdom

Spirituality and religion (although some religions institutions have been molded over time to fit another agenda of dark) are meant to bring harmony, to arouse love and peace. This is an intrinsic effect of genuine wisdom.

Notice if the beliefs and practices you espouse are building bridges between you and others. Because conflict, intolerance and hatred cannot, by definition, exist in the presence of Light and true spirituality.

Everyone: start focusing once a day on really saying the word love in everything you do and think positive and healing thoughts for everyone in this world. 

If you stop those destructive thoughts and replace it with the word love, you might find yourself smiling a bit more.

 

The power of the mind is more than we know so sometimes you have to have faith.

Did you know, you are praising the Source?   

We are all the Source. 

We are all one. 

We are a collective.

So enjoy the ride you got … you might get to go on different ride again … but just as Santa knows if you’ve been good or bad … so does the Source. Every bad thing you do counts against you … karma’s a bitch they say.  But you can reverse the bad by doing good and acting good and forgiving yourself and others, bringing love back into our families and communities and thus for our world and everything that exists....

In Gratitude - It’s the First, A Tuesday.

It’s the First, A Tuesday. No wait, it’s the 31st because August has 31 days … ever wonder how they figured out the calendar or time? Adding days here and there … what is time? … 24 hours in a day? … they say … how did they come up with that ? 

If we had no clocks how would we know what time it was? 

Would we live in the flow of natural time?

I do my very best to live time in the present … the future is what I make of it.

I don’t know what to tomorrow will bring. I could strike it lucky! Wait … I am lucky just being in great health, happy, and living with open arms, eating So healthy, going with the flow of abundance … I am abundant, I create. Every Single Day.

I think about How lucky we really are …

How much time have we spent complaining?

How much time have we spent appreciating?

How much time have we spent forgiving?

How much time have we spent giving?
How much time have we spent receiving?

Take a moment…

Close your eyes, 
breathe deep, 
and SMILE. 
How does that feel?

The sensation of a smile … it’s not a matter of how long it takes to make you feel better, it just does.

The Smile Challenge … I urge you to take it….

The More you Smile at People; 
The Friendlier your Day is, Guaranteed.

Walk down the street saying Love with every step (either mouth it out loud if no one is around, or quiet in your head if there is). Be mindful of how your body moves. It’s a miracle, if you pay attention.

This is one example of an affirmation I say, but you can say anything as long as it’s positive… 

Read the article I posted about how water absorbs the energy and thoughts of you and those around you … You are made of water. So what I say is “Please heal my body, I love my body, please heal my body, I love my body”. I know that it may sound silly but if you realize that you are healing your body through your positive thought and focus on loving yourself. Take the time to always improve, work hard on expanding your mind. 

You can find peace.

In Gratitude - The Elana Dress Day

Well, it’s another day on this planet;  
Planet Earth, that is.

I woke up this morning, heavy.  I did not feel like getting out of bed so I slept just a bit longer. I looked at my Iphone….11:11 am.

Time to get up! The day is a-wasting.

The Elana Dress

I jumped out of bed threw on my brand new Juli and Fred “Elana” Dress (Thanks Juilana!) The fabric felt great to wear and it swirled and flowed over my skin like velvet. The cut was fun and flirty but sophisticated ... like me.

I packed my folded-still-slightly-damp towel into my backpack, slipped on my flip flops, Ray Bans, and ran down the stairs, out the door, and down the beautiful streets of Santa Barbara. Every Step I was Present and Sent Love and Healing thoughts to my Body as a walking prayer to 24 Hour Fitness.

Let me tell you about this place …

If I had microscope eyes, I would be terrified. Thank God I don’t.

The hot tub, I don’t dare go in … the hot tub looks like a brown bubble bath…. The steam room I swear is crawling with bacteria ready to eat your skin while you breathe in others “waste”….But then I jump in the extra chlorinated pool and feel all the bacteria die, and my skin call out for moisture…in water.

I’m not sure how often they clean 24 hour fitness? But I feel icky every time I go there, and I’m sure glad to take a shower after that experience, but alas, it’s in a filthy shower.  The sign says they clean it once a week at 2 PM on Friday. One week of thousands of body’s in and out and all over that place.

I’m showering in shoes… I’d wear shoes 24/7 at that place. Well...
I’d probably wear shoes at every fitness club.

Despite the horrid cleanliness of the facility, every employed person there is nice and delightful. They say hello, have a good workout, and goodbye every time I’m there … I joined 2 weeks ago, and have gone everyday. Let me just say that they are on it in the customer service department. I’ve yet to be disappointed. So thanks for being on that, guys!

Today though I had an extra special compliment leaving 24 hour fitness.....it went like this …

Handsome Fitness Guy walking towards me into gym.

HFG – You’re really beautiful. You have a beautiful smile.

Me: Thank you. I love to smile.

HFG - Why don’t you take a personal fitness lesson with me?
(LOL typical question at a fitness gym from a guy, right? But he seemed nice and he was genuine so I thought about it for a minute and replied –

Me: I can’t afford it right now.

HFG – Well, I’d give it to you at no cost.

(There’s always a cost, hun)

Me: Well, ok. Thank you I appreciate it.

HFG – What’s your number, I’ll confirm tomorrow what time.

Me – Cool thanks… It was nice to meet you.

HFG – Yes, I’ve seen you around here and I’ve just thought you were so beautiful.

So I get my first real Training sesh in tomorrow with a fitness trainer. It should be interesting.

I’ll let you know how that goes  …

Metaphysical ...

"Water is a mirror of the heart."

"The most spectacular part is that a water crystal can reflect "thought" with its formation. That is, a phrase, an image, or a piece of music can lead to particular shapes of water crystal. In other words, water responds to words, images, and sound with different formations of water crystal. From the photographs of different formations of water crystal we can easily see that mind and matter are one thing. It appears that there is a mind inside a matter. For example, a word carries a thought, which manifest itself in the formation of water crystal in the water crystal experiments. This proves that a matter has life and thought of its own, and that a thought has its tangible representation. Matter and mind are one body with two kinds of manifestations of the same substance."

 In each experiment, the water has been exposed to different kinds of messages. Although each water crystal still shares the same chemical structure, they are actually different from one another in the thought and spirit they carry. These experiments have proven that water is a form of life, and this also applies to every word, every shape of object, and every single sound, for everything has a mind. Perhaps someday we will even be able to say hello to them once we have acquired higher abilities of observation.

That a water crystal simulates the shape of a message it is exposed to is solid proof that every particle carries the whole image of a matter. 

This hologram vision is visible only at a micro-level. We cannot see the "thought" with our flesh eyes because "thought" exists at a micro-level and our eyes do not. If we can find a way to see things at a micro-level, we will be able to see "thought." 

We can see clearly from the experiment on water crystals that a kind thought makes things beautiful while an evil thought mutilates things. The greatest part of a human body and everything else in the world is made of water. It follows that our kind thoughts will improve the external environment, as well as ourselves. If we always keep kind thoughts, we will purify our own body, and thus become beautiful and healthy. If we always keep kind thoughts, we will also purify the environment and people around us. Our kind thoughts can improve everything in this world. It is mind-blowing to see this philosophy clearly in the water crystal experiments. The most direct way to purify the world is to keep kind thoughts. It would have a tremendous impact on the world if the public could see that point.

"At 2 o'clock of February 2, 1997, 500 people from all over Japan, upon the invitation of Dr. Emoto, sent kind thoughts toward a bottle of tap water in Tokyo on Dr. Emoto's office desk. Everyone was asked to think the same thought, "The water is now purified. Thank you." This affectionate message was sent at the same time from 500 people all over Japan. The photo on the right was taken right afterwards. No man-made processing was done to this photograph at all. Even though the research team had expected this result, all the members of the team were moved to tears when they saw the photograph."

The photograph on the left was taken three days after an earthquake occurred in Kobe, Japan. It was a deformed water crystal from tap water in Kobe. The water seems to express in mutilation the feelings of panic, grief and terror that the local people experienced during the earthquake. Everyone who has seen the photograph was shocked to see the feelings expressed by water. Yet people in Kobe received a wealth of concern and help from their fellow citizens on Earth afterwards. Three months after the earthquake, the research team took another photograph of the same bottle of water (shown on the right), which then expressed the same beauty as that in the blessings and concern toward people in Kobe, Japan.
