Roulette Photo Journal - The Flower Shop Girl

The Flower Shop Girl

Justin Drew Pictures

The Flower Shop Girl

Once a time in a land there lived a Flower Shop Girl. Everyday she would wake up with the sun, grab her shears and cut some flowers to offer for her daily bread.

Every morning before work, she was grumpy, staring at her meager closet. Alas, she had nothing to wear. "I would like to find something I can wear all the time."She pondered.

Usually, mornings were busy, but today, not one person came for her flowers. It was already mid-afternoon and Elana still had full bunches. She was about to pack up and call it a day, when she heard a horse galloping down the path. Lo and behold, he brought that horse to a stop and Elana was a bit twitterpated by the sudden excitement!

"Aloha!" Elana managed to choke out with a smile. "May I offer you some flowers?"
"Why, yes, that would be kind of you." The good gentleman replied, wearing overalls and a cowboy hat. "How may I repay the kindess?"
"What are you able to offer?" Elana asked, looking down at her tattered clothes, embarrassed by her appearance.
"Forgive me, for I have not introduced myself properly, I'm Justin Drew, the Caviar of Body Art. I hand design Spiritual Suits for women to wear all the time. You can swim, work, and sleep in my suits. I would be honored to design one on you in exchange for these flowers. I am at your service, humble goddess."
"My, my... that would be a dream come true!" Elana smiled brightly. "My name is Elana Greene.  I am a World Citizen Flower Shop girl."
"How intriguing. I must be a World Citizen to see you then." Justin said, winking.
"Precisely."Elana stated.
After drawing for hours, her outfit was finally finished. She had never received such a precious gift before and was forever grateful. Justin and Elana even went to the Surfboard Disco later that day and celebrated by dancing!

From then on, Elana wakes up happy every morning, because she feels beautiful inside and out when she is reminded of the circuitry of life, the source, the inner peace and beauty light.

A Free Flow Story by Elana Greene
Meet Justin Drew, the Caviar of Body Art, and Elana Greene, World Citizen Flower Shop Girl.
She chose Justin Drew to design a one of a kind spiritual suit of love and peace that was custom-fit to her body and showed the circuitry of life.
Giddy Up and Get Down - Elana loves her spiritual suit and it makes her want to move it ... so they dance and have fun at the Surfboard Disco !
Elana runs a flower shop and offers Justin flowers in payment which Justin accepts in Gratitude.

Elana wears her spiritual suit everyday. It teaches her, and others, how to connect to the Source.

The Five Rules for Mind-Body Healing

The Five Rules for Mind-Body Healing

William Braud outlined five major mental techniques that he believed have important effects on the self-healing processes.
They include:
  1. The need for relaxation and quietude.
  2. Learning to focus your attention on one thing (e.g. breathing), which allows you to develop mental self-control and avoid distractions.(The above two points are achieved through meditation).
  3. Learning visualization or imagery techniques since pictures are the preferred language of the mind.
  4. Incorporating intent into the process, a wish for some goal to be reached and an expectation that it will.
  5. The evocations of strong positive emotions during the healing process.

The Technique for Self-Healing

The following is the basic technique. The more advanced techniques are beyond the scope of this e-book.

The Basic Technique

1. Go to your alpha level of mind.
Get the Alpha audio below. This free audio will guide your mind to the relaxed alpha level which is suitable for mental healing.
2. Visualize Your Current State of Health on Your Mental Screen.
We explained the mental screen in Chapter 4
Visualize the current condition of the body, including the ailment or pain that is bothering you. You do not need to memorize or know what each component of your body actually looks like. Simple pictures are enough to speak to your mind. A lung can be imagined as a balloon. A kidney can resemble a kidney bean. Create a representative picture of the ailment. Feel the emotions associated with this problem.
3. See Yourself Healing and Getting Better and Healthier.
Now visualize the ailment disappearing. Create, with your imagination, a system to remove the ailment.
Examples:
  • Kidney stones can be crushed into harmless powder that is then excreted.
  • Tumors can be visualized as large black blobs, while your immune system and white blood cells are visualized as tiny soldiers attacking the tumor. On each attack the tumor shrinks.
  • A sore muscle can be bathed in an imaginary healing light that alleviates the pain and restores the muscle to a healthy state.
The exact image you use is irrelevant – create something that speaks to you. It does not have to be scientifically correct. It only has to be symbolic. Your subconscious mind will get the message.
4. Let the final picture be one of perfect health.
Feel the joy and energy of having perfect health. Imagine it to be true and already occurring.
It helps to say an affirmation such as:
“I have a perfectly healthy body and mind”
or
“My ______ is now functioning perfectly and is in a state of excellent health.”
5. Let Go.
Let go and trust your body’s self-healing ability. You can now come out of the alpha level. Trust that the healing action is taking place.

Please note that mental healing should not be used as a replacement for a visit to your doctor. Always consult a doctor first for serious health conditions. Mental healing is a type of complementary medicine – as the name suggests it is to be used alongside but not as a replacement for modern medicine.

No matter what type of healing you use – conventional medicine, surgery, or more holistic therapies such as acupuncture, yoga, or massage – the Silva Life system can speed and smooth the normal healing process amazingly.

Silvalifesystem.com - I have not tried this program but I do know that this works. Our minds are very powerful!

With natural healing you can use your mind to heal yourself from within.

Every time I walk past a pharmacy or listen to ads on the TV about a new drug, it makes me shudder.

Just the mere sight of shelves and shelves of pills stacked upon pills... it makes me annoyed!

Have a headache? Pop an aspirin.

Want to lose weight? Pop a diet pill.

Can't focus at work? Pop a Ritalin pill.

Every possible thing you can think of has an over the counter pill solution.

And with society accepting that pharmaceutical companies are the experts, we've become a pill-popping culture.

I think this is one of the saddest things about modern society.
We have been trained to believe that our bodies are against us.

I know about the power of natural healing, and I know that pills are not only often unnecessary... they can even be harmful.

I am sure you know that drugs only fight the symptom - not heal the cause. Plus they will always have side effects. Even if you don't see it yet, the side effects will accumulate and cause more harm to your
body in the long run.

But the mind-body connection to heal from within is both strong and powerful. And there's no such thing as side effects with natural healing.

With natural healing you can use your mind to heal yourself from within.

In Gratitude - sometimes you just need to take a break

I've found, that in life, sometimes you just need to take a break.

Take the time to Exit out of this "world" and be by yourself. I've spent the last day and a half in bed under the covers, sleeping and thinking, and sorting out all those loose thoughts into some order. I like to call it The Bigger Picture. I lay there and visualize the outcome of my hard work.

Take the time for expansion of self-discovery, prayers, healing, thoughts, and goals all about you or about the world at large. Meditate and think. Spend time quiet, in a relaxed state. Keep positive. Sleep. Take time to be away from all the responsibilities of life.

When I was young, I learned that being sick was like a break from the madness to heal. I spent a lot of time sick as a child.

Sometimes we wear ourselves out.
Take a time out to heal.
It’ll do a body good.

Body Art .... The Revolution ...

Taken from CNN  .. funny how normal body art has become. I liked this part of the article because it really does describe the transformation you go through when you have this experience. Sometimes I wish I could be covered in body art all the time .. well only Justin Drew body art ... the rest I find a bit cheezy and not as classy but that's just my opinion. I think it's great though to help people get out of their shell.

"Hernandez's favorite part of her art is sharing it with the crowd. Her models walk through the audience after a show, getting a ton of compliments. Sometimes, she uses hesitant friends as models. Afterward, they're almost never shy. "It's like they feel so protected by that little layer of art. It's magical."

Greco has seen the same phenomenon and credits the art form with breaking down many self-confidence barriers. One woman she painted had a scar on her stomach that she hated for years. After showing off her nearly naked body to a festival full of people, she came back to Greco's booth weeping.

"She felt like she could finally embrace her body," Greco said. "It's transformative in ways that we don't always understand for the person being painted. You execute it, and off goes your art -- it walks away to have a whole new life without you. Hearing the stories can be the most rewarding part of all."

"If you have one person tell you, 'Wow, you're beautiful,' that's a big day for you," Fray added. "But to have thousands of people gushing all over you, that can really change someone's life."

HERE's a Taste Of Justin Drew all over the country, on stages, on the street, at clubs, promotions,
you name it  ....we've done it....
