There are days when I don’t know what to do.

There are days when I know what to do.

There are days when I follow my heart.

There are days when I lead with my mind.

But what I’ve found is that all the answers I seek

I seek within.

I connect with the source and I am at peace.

We all are free to live

Without our present societal curse.

Shed our fear,

Practice letting go, putting light first,

Stop the Fight, Let Go, and Go with the Flow.

You Know The Way ....

Who Are We?

Who are we? Not what we wear; that's not us. We're underneath that. We are not our heart, because a person could receive a heart transplant, and still be himself. We are not our arms and legs, nor our brain. A person could have a stroke and rehabilitate the body and the mind.

The core exists on a higher level, the soul level. That's who we are.

Hang onto your spirit. Everything else is fleeting.

Silence is made in heaven

Silence is a great spiritual skill when you are talking with someone and searching for what they really need.

Many people are bothered by silence, but, when you say nothing is when you get the most information.

Be comfortable with the awkwardness of silence. Keeping eye contact and keeping your heart open will keep the answers flowing. As the old expression goes, “Silence is made in heaven.”
