In Gratitude - sometimes you just need to take a break

I've found, that in life, sometimes you just need to take a break.

Take the time to Exit out of this "world" and be by yourself. I've spent the last day and a half in bed under the covers, sleeping and thinking, and sorting out all those loose thoughts into some order. I like to call it The Bigger Picture. I lay there and visualize the outcome of my hard work.

Take the time for expansion of self-discovery, prayers, healing, thoughts, and goals all about you or about the world at large. Meditate and think. Spend time quiet, in a relaxed state. Keep positive. Sleep. Take time to be away from all the responsibilities of life.

When I was young, I learned that being sick was like a break from the madness to heal. I spent a lot of time sick as a child.

Sometimes we wear ourselves out.
Take a time out to heal.
It’ll do a body good.

MJ is right ...

I love you all and we're a family. Just know that we're a family. IF we bring love back into the world, remind the world, that love is important, love each other, we're all one. Messaging: "Take care of the Planet. - Michael Jackson

In Gratitude ~ Remember !

Remember !

You are a powerful being inside and out.

You are meant to shine like the stars because you all are stars!

Remember that the frequency of love heals,
And the frequency of hate destroys.

Focus on Love every day.
If we heal ourselves, we can heal the world.
Your thoughts are more powerful than you think.

When the world thinks of love, the vibration is sent out and the more people think of love, the more love vibration this planet and universe will feel. This is our tool to protect ourselves from what human kind will experience. The power of each individual and their mind has the power to control what they experience. If there is a battle over control in your life; pull that plug
Fight your own fear with love.
You know the truth inside, just listen

350.org 10/10/10 - Stand up and let the world know ...

IT ONLY TAKES ONE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

In Gratitude - Say Love

So many thoughts
puncture our world!

Everyone: start focusing once a day on really saying the word love in everything you do and think positive and healing thoughts for everyone in this world.

If you stop those destructive thoughts and replace it with the word love, you might find yourself smiling a bit more.

The power of the mind is more than we know so sometimes you have to have faith.

Did you know, you are praising the Source?
We are all the Source.
We are all one.
We are a collective.

So enjoy the ride you got … you might get to go on different ride again … but just as Santa knows if you’ve been good or bad … so does the Source. Every bad thing you do counts against you … karma’s a bitch they say.  But you can reverse the bad by doing good and acting good and forgiving yourself and others, bringing love back into our families and communities and thus for our world and everything that exists....

It’s easy as 123.
That’s what I see.
I love you.

I want to inspire America to take a new path, a different direction.

"I want to inspire America to take a new path, a different direction. I envision an America which has the capacity to reconnect with the heart of the world; an America which proceeds in the world optimistically and courageously. An America which understands that the world is interdependent, that it is inter-connected, and that what we do today impacts future generations.

I want to break the shackles of fear which have deprived our citizens of rights. We need to change the way this country values humanity, so that instead of fear and lies, we can live our lives based on principles of peace and hope. We need to regain the trust of the American people and we need to have a government which trusts the American people.

It's time for America to resume its glorious journey; time to reject shrinking jobs and wages, disappearing savings and rights; time to reject the detour towards fear and greed. It's time to look out upon the world for friends, not enemies; time to counter the control of corporations over our politics, our economy, our resources, and mass media. It's time for those who have much to help those who have little, by maintaining a progressive tax structure. It's time to tell the world that we wish to be their partner in peace, not their leader in war. Most of all, it is time for America to again be the land where dreams come true, because the government is on the side of its people."

Mr. Gates ....

(NaturalNews) The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation continues to throw its support behind risky genetically modified (GM) seeds as a means for feeding hungry Africans, ignoring safer and more reliable technologies that already exist.
Not long after publicly blaming GM critics for prolonging hunger in Africa, Gates announced that his foundation is partnering with DuPont subsidiary Pioneer Hi-Bred to develop higher yield GM strains of corn. Two years ago, the Gates Foundation also partnered with Monsanto to develop drought-tolerant GM corn.
The companies claim that these GM seeds will be delivered to small farmers free of charge. Yet Monsanto says its drought-tolerant corn will not be ready until 2012, at which point it will be introduced into the commercial market. It will not be made available to poor African farmers until 2016.
As Laskawy notes, the Nigeria National Variety Release Committee has already developed -- without the use of biotechnology -- various new corn strains that are resistant to drought, pests, disease, and poor soil fertility. These conventionally bred seeds do not pose any of the well-documented risks of GM crops, such as toxic health and environmental effects; the production of "super-weeds" and contamination of organic crops through cross-pollination; increased pesticide use; or encouraging monocultures and a loss of seed diversity.
"If only Bill Gates, not to mention USDA Chief Tom Vilsack or Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, would spend some of their money getting those Nigerian seeds into farmers' hands today," Laskawy writes. "Instead, they'd prefer to funnel billions of dollars to biotech giants because, well, 2016 isn't really so long to wait."

HMMM..... IF only they put their money into something GOOD that actually helped the world ... instead of continually investing their billions of dollars in EVIL CORP giants ... what happened to morality and integrity Bill Gates? If you want to do something good ... put it back into grassroots ...

Questions .... about GMO's

**DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR FOOD COMES FROM?
**DO YOU KNOW THE PROCESS IT GOES THROUGH BEFORE YOU BUY IT?
**DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR FOOD IS GENETICALLY MODIFIED (INCLUDING VEGETABLES)?
**DO YOU KNOW WHAT GENETCILALY MODIFIED FOOD DOES TO THE WORLD'S SEED SUPPLY

GET EDUCATED - LIVE CONSCIOUS

Saturday, August 21, 2010

It takes great strength to show our weaknesses to the world.

There's a joy in living real. No pretense. No defense. No offense.

It takes great strength to show our weaknesses to the world.

When we are displaying control or anger, what are we really showing? How weak we are.
We take it out on everyone around us because we are afraid to be real.

Be vulnerable. Get in touch with those jelly feelings hiding beneath the hard façade.

Quote of the Day

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.

Margaret Mead

‎"Few men are willing to brave the disapproval of their
fellows, the censure of their colleagues, the wrath of their society.
Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great
intelligence. Yet it is the one essential, vital quality for those who
seek to change a world which yields most painfully to change...."
-- Robert F. Kennedy 1966 Speech, US Democratic Politician

It’s not enough to just fix ourselves. If that was
true, we could move to a mountaintop and live in solitude. It’s not
enough for us and it’s not enough for the world. We need other people’s
paths and processes to be a priority in our lives. Seek to be more of service to others.

TODAY! Speed up the chain reaction.

What would the world become if everyone woke up and decided,

“I’m going to treat everyone with kindness today.”

We would brighten someone’s day, who would in turn brighten someone else’s day, and on and on and on. At the end of the day, it’s conceivable it would impact thousands of people.
Would we experience a huge change in the world?

TODAY! Speed up the chain reaction.

There’s more to do within

Most people who make a difference on this planet, big or small, live a different life before ‘awakening’ to their path. Then somewhere down the line – while on that path – discover the real reason they came into this world.

When most of us move to our next level of consciousness, we become an improved version of the old me. The comfortable me. The familiar me. And that new version is great, more generous, and positive.

So what’s the problem?

The problem is that most of us try to stay the same person with a different vision. And to really make an impact, we have to become a completely different person.

There’s always more to do and change within. We cannot allow ourselves to be satisfied with how far we come, because that’s only an indication of how amazingly far we can go.

Don’t let the world get you down.

Problems begin when we don’t get what we think we want, when this physical world becomes for us all that there is.

This world is but a journey, a mere traveling experience on our way to our real destination. If we know this, then how can we be sad or affected by this physical world?

Don’t let the world get you down.
