In Gratitude - It’s the First, A Tuesday.

It’s the First, A Tuesday. No wait, it’s the 31st because August has 31 days … ever wonder how they figured out the calendar or time? Adding days here and there … what is time? … 24 hours in a day? … they say … how did they come up with that ? 

If we had no clocks how would we know what time it was? 

Would we live in the flow of natural time?

I do my very best to live time in the present … the future is what I make of it.

I don’t know what to tomorrow will bring. I could strike it lucky! Wait … I am lucky just being in great health, happy, and living with open arms, eating So healthy, going with the flow of abundance … I am abundant, I create. Every Single Day.

I think about How lucky we really are …

How much time have we spent complaining?

How much time have we spent appreciating?

How much time have we spent forgiving?

How much time have we spent giving?
How much time have we spent receiving?

Take a moment…

Close your eyes, 
breathe deep, 
and SMILE. 
How does that feel?

The sensation of a smile … it’s not a matter of how long it takes to make you feel better, it just does.

The Smile Challenge … I urge you to take it….

The More you Smile at People; 
The Friendlier your Day is, Guaranteed.

Walk down the street saying Love with every step (either mouth it out loud if no one is around, or quiet in your head if there is). Be mindful of how your body moves. It’s a miracle, if you pay attention.

This is one example of an affirmation I say, but you can say anything as long as it’s positive… 

Read the article I posted about how water absorbs the energy and thoughts of you and those around you … You are made of water. So what I say is “Please heal my body, I love my body, please heal my body, I love my body”. I know that it may sound silly but if you realize that you are healing your body through your positive thought and focus on loving yourself. Take the time to always improve, work hard on expanding your mind.

Earth Clock was born out of a recognition of the contrast between artificial time and natural time.

In the early morning, birds sing in unison to announce the dawn.
On the opposite side of the globe, the sun sets, and birds return to their nests, announcing the dusk.

However, in cities, which operate around the "clock", we live according to artificially designated time, whether it is day or night.

The universe and planet Earth, is governed by natural time.

The clock is one of the oldest human inventions.

1320 Frequency

13:20 is the code ratio of Natural Time: 13 tones of creation, 20 solar tribes which are of course reflected in our bodies – 13 joints and 20 fingers and toes!

We are leaving behind the artificial 12:60 time with its 12 month calendar and 60 minute clock are raising our frequency to 13:20, synchronizing with the harmonies of cosmic nature! 

The only thing we can be sure of is greater and greater acceleration. That is why some of the titles used to refer to this time of Living Prophecy is that we are in a QUICKENING! The cosmic schedule is moving right along and it has never been more essential for us to really show up for the opportunities to grow in our lives and to cultivate our abilities to listen to our personal spiritual guidance.

There are no outside authorities on this topic of our collective journey through this prophecy; it truly is for us to decode, from the inside out, what the moves are to stabilize the steady stream of challenges we all face. Block FEAR to be able to tune into guidance, although it may get plenty of air time in our minds, it is not our ally in this process. 

As the Shambhala warrior teachings remind us, the goal is to feel the fear but don’t let it stop us!

We must keep maturing spiritually so we can learn how to truly trust the Mystery, knowing it is our ultimate home. We must keep learning how to receive and apply our truest channels of wisdom. Indeed, there are many, many divine forces available to help us during these times and it is for us to drop the veils that block us, that we may continue opening and receiving their loving support to help us grow into our truest selves.

When we truly honor ourselves and our awesome creative power we will again live in a sacred way where we honor all life. When we honor all life the essence/spirit of all living things will manifest.
