In Gratitude - It’s the First, A Tuesday.

It’s the First, A Tuesday. No wait, it’s the 31st because August has 31 days … ever wonder how they figured out the calendar or time? Adding days here and there … what is time? … 24 hours in a day? … they sayhow did they come up with that ?
If we had no clocks how would we know what time it was?
Would we live in the flow of natural time?

I do my very best to live time in the present … the future is what I make of it.

I don’t know what to tomorrow will bring. I could strike it lucky! Wait … I am lucky just being in great health, happy, and living with open arms, eating So healthy, going with the flow of abundance … I am abundant, I create. Every Single Day.

I think about How lucky we really are …
How much time have we spent complaining?
How much time have we spent appreciating?
How much time have we spent forgiving?
How much time have we spent giving?
How much time have we spent receiving?

Take a moment…
Close your eyes,
breathe deep,
and SMILE.
How does that feel?

The sensation of a smile … it’s not a matter of how long it takes to make you feel better, it just does.

The Smile ChallengeI urge you to take it….

The More you Smile at People;
The Friendlier your Day is, Guaranteed.

Walk down the street saying Love with every step (either mouth it out loud if no one is around, or quiet in your head if there is). Be mindful of how your body moves. It’s a miracle, if you pay attention.

This is one example of an affirmation I say, but you can say anything as long as it’s positive…

Read the article I posted about how water absorbs the energy and thoughts of you and those around you … You are made of water. So what I say is “Please heal my body, I love my body, please heal my body, I love my body”. I know that it may sound silly but if you realize that you are healing your body through your positive thought and focus on loving yourself. Take the time to always improve, work hard on expanding your mind.

You can find peace.

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you've never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. you just have to live life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.

Most relationships are based on selfish desire, where the partner or sibling or friend only worry about their own happiness. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be happy. The problem is life is based on paradoxes.

If we seek happiness for ourselves we receive chaos instead. Yet, when we strive to make others happy, we ourselves receive happiness. The more we share with others, the more is shared with us.

Yes, there is a balance. No, we are not meant to become doormats. Learning when enough is enough is another topic, but it’s enough now that you notice those situations where it’s all about you.

This is the secret of happiness. Now you know. Today, put your knowing into action.

I love the people of the world!

Just to give you a snippet of my travel experience, I have traveled extensively around Mexico, Yucatan, Belize (twice), Guatemala, Canada, almost all 50 US States, Amsterdam (Holland), Italy, Kenya (twice), Ghana, Zimbabwe, India (twice), Maldives, Nepal, Isreal (during Lebonon/Israel 2005 war), Thailand (visited several times and lived for 7 months), Malaysia, Cambodia, and Laos (twice).

I have experienced the richest of the world; I have experienced the poorest of the world. The differences are not as important as the simalarities between us all. We are all beautiful people, unique, and we light up when we smile.

Happiness may be found more amoung those who have none than those that have most. Happiness can be seen in a smile. It will always make you happy when you smile or when you see a happy smile.

We are all amazing people. There should be respect and love amoung us all, not anger or resentment. We all make mistakes, but through mistakes others on this planet teach and help us to find what it is that is truly important, that we are all special.

It is true that it is difficult to survive in this world, when we work together or if we don't work together. However, when we don't work together, we are not on the path of creation. When we work together, we can create anything. There is often a divider among us, so much so that we are manifesting the negative of creation, destruction. We need to bash down the walls of this dark room, and let the light shine down on all of us so that we may feel the warmth of her glow. Bask in this moment. Do not forget.
